CANCELLATION POLICY
May - October :
If you cannot stay with us, you can cancel your reservation only by
calling us at (262) 248 3464. When you call, you will receive a
cancellation number if you cancel prior to your cancellation time.
All single room reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to your
scheduled date of arrival in order for a refund to be issued. Any
cancellation made within 7 days will be charge for entire reservation. Any
reservation made within 7 days will have no cancellation(No refund).
All group (more than 2 rooms under one name) reservations must be
cancelled 15 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival in order for a
refund to be issued.
Nov - April : Any room cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to
Check in date. Any cancellation made within 72 hours,will be charge for
entire reservation. Any reservation made within 72 hours will have no
cancellation(No refund).
Management reserve right to cancel any suspicious reservation without
notice.
